As a 4th point I would add division! While your first 3 are absolutely true for some people, across the divide sit many who believe America to be stronger, more dominant, and more trust worthy than ever. Weirdly enough, this is not limited to the States either. I know a few Trump fan boys who live in Canada and the UK too. Is it to the same degree that you find in the States? Absolutely not, but they are still there.
On the whole though I couldn't agree more in terms of the US' loss of global prestige. If the last 4 years - and last 9 months in particular - has taught me anything, it's that I too had drank the 'America is #1' Kool-Aid.
Only now, after Trump has brought so many issues to the forefront, has the outrageousness of this idea really been made clear!
