It will be difficult for the Democrats to accommodate these demands meanwhile satisfying the centrist Democrats who want nothing to do with defunding the police, stopping fracking, or ending US support for Israel. In 2020 they had a good unifying sentiment which was "never Trump." However, Trump likely won't be around for long, but the Republican Party will. If the Dems can't bring more cohesion to its support base, those fractured lines could show again in 2024 and undo a lot of the progress the activists above made electorally this year.

Bear in mind as well that Trump built his support in almost all demographics - Hispanic, Black, Immigrant, Women - except working class white men. So while the groups no doubt played a huge role in getting Biden-Harris in the White House, they are by no means totally unified either.
